Jig for board FFC soldering Set the board and FFC in accurate position on pallet Then set the pallet at automatic soldering iron and solder it. This jig helps quality improvement and stabilization for soldering product.	Coil height measuring instrument This jig measures height of coil. In case of coil size is irregular, NG lamp is lit and buzzer is sounding. This jig helps to keep gap accuracy between air core coil and MG rotor for core less motor.
Roter outer demention and deflection measuring instrument This jig measures rotor outer demention and deflection to shaft while rotor of stepping motor is rotating. Above picture is non-contact method. There are other method, too. Jig for measuring shaft perpendicularity This jig measures perpendicularity for output shaft to motor fixing face.

	Disk desportion test machine. This jig repeats desportion between disk like CDR , DVD and brushless motor, table. Disk moves to rotary direction gradually by repeating desorption.
