Coil type demagnetizer

Coil type magnetizer is a kind of alternating current air core coil. When magnetizing current is running into the coil, AC magnetic field is generated inside the air core.
If you put in and out the magnetized work into the magnetic field , the regular magnetic aligned work is vibrated and magnetic domain becomes differential direction then the work is demagnetized.

MOUNTING EXAMPLE
Chute type The chute type system demagnetizes work while slide down inside stainless made chuter by own weight . Then the demagnetized work is received by the pallet at the exit of chuter or transfered　to the next process by conveyor. There is energy-saving system that start magnetizing after "work in" was checked by photo sensor switch at located chuter( Light curtain),
	Roller Conveyor type Large casting product or casing parts are demagnetized while they are loading on roller. There are free roller system and driving roller system.
Belt conveyor type This is a system that conveyor pass through the center of core type demagnetizer. The material of conveyor is suitable such as rubber belt or SUS net etc. and to be decided based upon the shape or weight of work to be demagnetized work.
